Works great with Acer Aspire 6930. Jan 29, 2011
By Charles J. Guiteau Was a little skeptical about this product based on other reviews, but product works as advertised. I received the L-shaped, 3 prong adapter and had no problems with the connection. This product was much cheaper than other adapters I had looked at before purchasing this one, I figured I was taking a chance on this, but because it was cheap I didn't mind. This product far exceeded my expectations and works great with my Acer Aspire 6930.

By eshonne2 I bought this adapter as a replacement for my wife's original adapter for her Acer laptop...it is much better cord as it has a longer cord and a more sturdy cord as my wife often goes between being upstairs and being downstairs...plugs and unplugs her cord a lot.

Lasted five months, but good seller response Aug 05, 2011
By Matthew Abell I originally gave this product 5 stars but lowered it to 1 when it broke prematurely. This power supply has a much thicker cable and better construction than the one that came with my Acer laptop. The right-angle barrel plug fits snug enough but tends to come loose over time. Unfortunately, it only lasted five months and then died. There is no contact information listed for LaptopMate, but if you contact amazon customer service they will send you the seller's link. Still waiting to see whether they will honor the 12 month warranty. Will post an update and increased stars depending on seller's response.
UPDATE: The seller promptly sent me a new power supply, no questions asked. Because of this, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
