then i got the email that they sent the netbook.
passed 2days of estimate dates. which was 3weeks.
never recieved the netbook.
gladly i filed a clam soon as possible.

Promised Delivery Date has past,1-16-10,even with reported Priority Shipping DaTE.No info received from Sprowes's Corner,No Tracking Info,No Phone Contact,No Email of Vendor. We are EXTRMELY IRRITATED with this Order and Would Like Our FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY Since the PROMISED DATE HAS LONG PAST. We are also DEEPLY Concerned with Amazon.com Not being able to resolve this order within the Promised Time Period nor to have our
already Processed Funds Debited from Our Account.We have also repeatedly needed to re-initiate the same request of the A-Z Guarantee Process after Customer Representatives stated they had activated the Guarantee.Please refund our Funds Immediately.It doesn't take almost 2 months to ship a Laptop.Sprowes's Corner could have at least sent an email or called to inform us of any problems.We see an extremely large amount of blogs with Poor Reviews of Sprowes's Corner and am SURPRISED Amazon.com is Still Using this supplier or whatever it is purportedly.

Amazing Feb 22, 2010 This laptop arrived on Saturday and i love it window 7 starter kinda sucks but i will probably upgrade to windows 7 home until then it will work lol it has amazing everything I recommend it
Great Price...Speedy Delivery Feb 20, 2010 We purchased this computer for my mother-in-law because she is always on the go. It is lightweight and compact. It fits into her handbag/pocketbook and she has been on it since we gave it to her. She is able to Skype with her grandkids and the picture is very clear which she absolutely loves and the sound quality is great. A must have for those who are always traveling or must do research on the internet. Great buy.

Mini 10v Rocks! Feb 19, 2010 This little netbook is fantastic. I was pleased with the performance out of the box, but after installing Mac OS X, the netbook has been transformed into my legitimate favorite computer - and I have several to choose from. Well done, Dell!
