Dell has worst customer service I've ever had to deal with... May 24, 2010
I can't believe the fustration I had to go through - long story. Won't buy anything Dell again.
Great Netbook! Nov 30, 2009 greatlaptop right out of the box; up and running! You will love this. It is bright and shiney red.Makes you feel great just to look at it!

Don't buy Dell Oct 19, 2009 Don't buy a Dell unless you want to talk to an Indian customer service call center where all they are trained to do is say is: "No! No! No!", they are rude and talk over you, and finally disconnect the call. Don't buy Dell! I will never make that mistake again. This company will not survive- sell the stock if you have any!

my mini Oct 10, 2009 i bought my dell 12 in. mini for work. i love it! it's light,small enough to fit in my backpack easily, the screen is bright and the resolution is awesome! if dell can make a mini with a dvd burner/player it would be perfect!!!

Disappointing product, disappointing service Sep 14, 2009 Had my Inspiron Mini 12 for a little over 2 weeks when I used it on a flight from Europe to work on a Word Document. Heard a sizzling sound and then the system crashed. Couldn't find hard disk anymore. Then didn't even have video anymore. Called the Dell Tech Support. Horrible experience. The guy wasn't even listening to me. Diagnosed hard disk problem. When the technician came to replace the hard disk, he realized that there was more wrong than that. Called Tech Support again. They started asking me for my personal information again even though I had the case number and everything. After answering questions for 15min, I asked to speak to a manager. Took another 5min of me refusing to answer any other questions until being transferred. Had to send in my laptop. Dell didn't even bother to replace it. Just sent me old one back with some parts replaced. Didn't even set up the laptop to the settings I had ordered. Looked at the Dell Website to write a review. Could not figure out how. However, was able to read other people's reviews and it seems that this problem is quite common. I was a very happy Dell customer before (had a Latitude). I am not happy anymore. Even without the problem, the performance of the laptop was rather disappointing. Expected it to be much faster. Only plus is the light weight.
