Sweet LITTLE computer! Mar 25, 2009
By Plano Gal This is a great computer to take to a hotel.... It is not meant for solid home use; the keyboard is too small, and the memory isn't great.
You can actually use the keyboard, but I do find myself pecking with one finger a lot, which is why I didn't give it a five star. The speed is pretty fair, and the wireless connection is awesome. I can get a signal in a room that I could not get on my wireless laptop, which makes it a nice little computer to use in my bedroom if my husband is on our main computer. I previously had no way of connecting to the internet in that room, but thanks to this computer and our wireless system, I can.
It was easy to set up (almost no set up required), easy to figure out, for this novice, and easy to connect to the internet. The Linux, which the salesman warned me about, and my teenager told me I would hate, was not an issue at all. It doesn't take any prevous knowledge of how to use linux. It was easy to connect to the internet at the hotel and at home.
It serves my purpose perfectly (throw in a back pack to take on vacation to connect to the internet). I haven't really done anything with documents. It doesn't have a lot of memory or a place to put a dvd..., but you can use a card... for memory and add an external disk drive. I wouldn't want to type a whole lot on it. It is best for net surfing, checking e-mail..., but like I said, you can use the keyboard. It just takes a little more effort than a full size.
I bought a little mouse to go with it, and it is handy dandy! I also like the little neoprene or whatever it is called cover (quite awesome). It is great protection for it. I put the mouse and cord in a little make up bag and throw in my back pack with it.

Perfect Little Computer! Sep 29, 2011
By C.T. This little computer is perfect for portable and convenient use. It starts up in about 30 seconds, which is faster than most computers. The operating system, Linux, is surprisingly easy to use, and I have never used a Linux operating system before. The computer comes loaded with a word program, spreadsheet program, and presentation program, all of which are similar to Microsoft's office programs. The battery power is awesome, and lasts for hours on end, even after 8 months of daily use! The screen may be a bit small, but the color and clarity is excellent. Web browsing and E-Mail is very fast and user friendly, and pages are very easy to see and read. It also comes with games, calculator, music player, photo viewer, and a video player. All applications work seamlessly, and the machine has plenty of power and speed for multi-tasking. I would highly recommend this computer for anyone looking for a small, compact, portable, and powerful machine.

Great little computer ruined by Windows installation. I have two. The Linux version was sweet. The Windows version is slow and problematic (constantly runs out of virtual memory).
Not the best computer Nov 17, 2011
By Wiliam This computer wouldn't let me upgrade Firefox and broke after about a month and a half of using it. It also often crashed whenever a webpage was fully loaded.
