Disappointing Nov 02, 2010
By sph I did research before purchasing this product on notebook versus netbook. I decided that a netbook would meet my needs. I was pleased to find Samsung had a netbook available within my budget. However, I am very disappointed that I have been unable to register my netbook on Samsung's website or get the support around the issue of a battery that last for only half the time advertised. Can you imagine not being able to register your new netbook for the warranty? Also, the Netbook210 battery is suppose to last 11 hours. My battery barely lasts 6 hours. When I call I can not get help. This is extremely disappointing when dealing with a well known company.
