This product did not come with a user guide. Not even a website was given to access a guide. It took us several uses and much trial and error to figure it out. Otherwise, it is a good product. Great red color and works well. The mouse goes to sleep after inactivity, so it must be reset or it will not activate. Goodluck in figuring out how to reset it.

By Thor I decided to try this mouse despite all the negative reviews because it was so cheap and I thought I might get lucky. NOT Came out of package-really cute-and worked first time. Great! Everytime you stop using it for more than a minute or two it disconnects! Sometimes it reconnects easily, sometimes it fights you. Plus, I ordered it with the batteries, thinking maybe they were rechargables. They were 2 AA batteries for which they charged $5.00 more. Seller was gracious enough to refund all my money-including return postage. I suggested they stop selling them. They are garbage. Do not bother.

By Ally What a great idea for a mouse. LOVED the way it looked and felt for use. LOVED the design for the USB wireless storage. But after a week or 2 of using it-- it stopped working. New batteries did not help. I had to send it back and bought a different kind.
